What to Expect

Monday Night After Party

We love to kick off the conference with a good ol’ fashioned After Party! Make plans to stay on Monday night directly following service for some after-party fun complete with a live band, and more!

Morning Coffee Hour

One of our primary focuses for this year's conference is to create meaningful spaces and places that foster an opportunity for relational connections. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we invite you to come between 9–10am for coffee hour. This is a great time to meet up with an old friend or meet someone new! We provide the coffee and all you need to do is show up!

Tuesday Night Hangouts

Back by popular demand, we are bringing back Tuesday Night Hangouts following evening services. We created this time specifically so you can meet people who serve in a similar capacity as you do! From Creatives to Serve Teams, Lead Pastors, Exec Pastors, and Next Gen Ministries… there is something for everyone.

Lab Sessions

Tuesday Afternoon (2:15–3:15pm)

These sessions will focus on answering some of the biggest challenges we face as people who are building the local church. Each session will feature a member of the Life.Church team who will give us a look into how they answer these crucial questions:

Lead Pastors (For Lead Pastors only)

In this session, we aim to highlight five admirable attributes of a leader we all admire. With over 25 years of loyal support, the dedicated team will passionately illustrate these endearing qualities through real-life examples, inspiring us all to embody such greatness in our own leadership.

Leading Second (For everyone leading from the second chair)

We have a very unique opportunity to extract rich insights from an individual who has been serving a vision for 20+ years while leading a vision (YouVersion) for 15+ years. Both of these organizations are world-class and have an international footprint. The ability to glean wisdom from both of those roles will give the audience a 360-degree viewpoint that is so rare.

Wednesday Afternoon (1:15–2:45pm)

Each area of ministry has its own unique challenges. These sessions will provide an opportunity to hear from people who are leading with strength in your ministry area. There will also be dedicated time for group discussion and Q&A.

How Preaching Has Changed (For Lead Pastors only)

Embrace the shift! Times have changed and our preaching must too, whether we like it or not. Focusing on Kingdom principles and real talk we’ll dive into how we adapt to today’s challenges and still be authentic to the Gospel Message. This is your chance to level up your skills and meet other lead pastors.

Leadership Essentials (For everyone)

Ready to get more people on your teams at church? This. is. for. you. This lab is tailored for not only training leaders to recruit and retain more volunteers, but to help the people in your church and the people visiting your church learn the unique purpose God has for their life. We all need volunteers and more people to serve on our teams (can I get an "Amen"?) but more than that we are called to equip people and bring them into the life and the purpose that God has for them. You can become the catalyst in bringing people into the life of your church!

Kids and Youth

CHURCH KIDS CONF

Ages 3–11

Just for kids, CHURCH KIDS CONF is a fun and exciting time for the littles filled with games, friendship, music, and teaching! We've designed an experience that will teach them how to deal with their emotions in a Biblical way, with unforgettable moments that can change their life forever.

YOUTH TRACK

Ages 12–18

Team Church believes in the youth of this generation. This year's Youth Track schedule runs parallel to the Adult Conference. The days consist of sessions packed with amazing speakers, workshops, Q&A, small group time, worship, leadership development, time to hang with friends and so much more! We are building youth that build the Church. Bring your core, student leaders, and those that are passionate about seeing God's house move forward.

Who Can attend this event?

This event is for all Lead Pastors and their staff or teams. We also offer a conference experience for kids and youth at the same time.

What is the cost of this event?

Pricing for this event varies depending on the time approaching the event. Please note that there are price breaks leading up to the event, so the sooner you register, the better your price will be. All pricing is available on the registration page.

Are nights free to anyone?

We will have limited seating for the general public in the evenings and priority seating for our paid registrants. We plan to let the general public into the auditorium on a first come first serve basis as space allows. You are welcome to come and we will have an overflow seating located outside with an immersive service feed from the main auditorium in the case we cannot accommodate everyone indoors.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, an automatic discount of 20% will be applied at checkout for groups of 20 or more. This includes kids and youth in your group, but must be purchased at the same time.

Do you offer refunds on registration?

Thank you for understanding that your Team Church Conference Registration may not be transferred to a future date and is non-refundable. In the event you are not able to make it, you are able to transfer a ticket to another member of your team.

Is food provided?

Your registration includes lunch, coffee, and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is also a specialty coffee bar with items available for purchase. Attendees will be responsible for their own breakfast and dinner each day. *If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we encourage you to bring supplemental snacks.

Will there be childcare?

We love our church kids! We want to create a distraction-free environment for all attendees. This year we will offer a simultaneous conference experience for kids ages 3 through grade 5 and childcare for ages 0–2. We also have a family room and a nursing mother's room available. Kids classes are filling fast. Register your child to ensure they have a spot reserved.
