We are so excited to welcome you to Team Church Conference!
We can’t wait to spend these few days with you. Our prayer is that you leave refreshed, encouraged, and strengthened for everything God has called you to lead.
To help you prepare, here are a few important details before you arrive.
Parking
Lead Pastor parking has been reserved exclusively for you.
Please enter through our Portland Street entrance and have your parking pass ready to show one of our parking attendants. They will direct you to your reserved parking area.
Pro tip: Save a screenshot of your parking pass to your phone for quick access when you arrive.
Registration
After parking, make your way to the red registration tent and look for the Lead Pastors sign.
Our Pastors Concierge Team is excited to welcome Lead Pastors and their children at this registration area. All other team members should proceed to General Registration upon arrival.
Lead Pastor Registration is located just outside the entrance to the Pastors Lounge.
Registration opens Monday at 6:00PM.
Reserved Seating
Floor seating has been reserved especially for Lead Pastors.
Your seat will be waiting for you. However, reserved seating will begin opening to other guests after the first song, so we encourage you to arrive in the auditorium before service begins to enjoy your reserved seat.
Pastors Kids Lounge
Bringing your kids? We’ve created a fun and welcoming space just for them.
Following each evening service, children are invited to our Pastors Kids Lounge, located in the Gather Room. It’s a safe environment where they’ll have a great time connecting with other pastors’ kids while you enjoy fellowship with fellow pastors.
Your Conference Lanyard
Please wear your conference lanyard throughout the week.
Your conference lanyard is your all-access pass to Team Church Conference. It serves as your entrance into the conference and provides access to the Pastors Lounge, reserved floor seating, and other exclusive Lead Pastor experiences throughout the week.
