Meet Team Church

FOUNDING PASTORS

KEVIN & SHEILA GERALD

Sheila and I started our ministry in the Pacific Northwest over 35 years ago. We were second-generation pastors who moved our young family across the country from the Midwest. We’re now the founding pastors of Champions Centre, one of the largest churches in the Northwest. We have a deep desire to provide kingdom-minded, leadership development for church teams and leaders, which is where Team Church was birthed.

THE CHURCH IS PLAN A. THERE IS NO PLAN B.

God’s Church is the hope of the world.

WHO WE ARE

Team Church exists to equip teams to build churches that impact communities for Christ. Through all of our events and resources, our goal is to explore the DNA of great teams, providing pastors with a culture-shifting resource for their teams.

OUR MISSION

We build teams that build the Church.

THE HOW

Championing the Church's Value and Purpose: we aim to emphasize and promote the significance of the Church as a central element of God's plan and hope for the world.

Supporting Church Leaders in Collaboration and Team Building: we provide a collection of resources, encouragement, and ongoing guidance to church leaders, focusing on enhancing their skills in collaboration and team building within the context of building the local church.

Creating Gathering Opportunities for Church Leaders: we create platforms for church leaders to come together in both small and large settings. This facilitates connection, learning, and the advancement of your church’s mission.

Strengthening Lead Pastor-Second Chair Relationships: our efforts focus on strengthening the relationship between lead pastors and second chair church leaders. This partnership is crucial for effective church leadership and the accomplishment of your mission.

Fostering Connections Among Church Leaders: we offer the chance for church leaders in similar roles to connect and establish relationships. This is especially important because these leaders possess a unique ability to understand, encourage, and support one another due to their shared experiences and responsibilities in church leadership.
