KEVIN & SHEILA GERALD

Sheila and I started our ministry in the Pacific Northwest over 35 years ago. We were second-generation pastors who moved our young family across the country from the midwest. We’re now the founding pastors of Champions Centre, one of the largest churches in the Northwest. We have a deep desire to provide kingdom-minded, leadership development for church teams and leaders, which is where Team Church was birthed.

Team Church exists to equip teams to build churches that impact communities for Christ. Through all of our events and resources, our goal is to explore the DNA of great teams, providing pastors with a culture-shifting resource for their teams.
