Off The Grid Leadership exists to equip leaders to get “Off The Grid," independent of unhealthy reliances, so they can lead with clarity and strength. We offer outdoor experiences combined with restorative accommodations that serve as a catalyst for helping leaders move toward mental and emotional clarity. We fish a lot, enjoy great food together, and take in the beauty of the crystal-clear lakes and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Pace is the founder of Off The Grid Leadership, and the Lead Pastor of One Place Church in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He is known for his passion for his family, fishing, great coffee, and for crafting environments and experiences that creatively foster and communicate the life found in Jesus.

With over 30 years of ministry experience in the local church, Pace understands the unique pressures and challenges that pastors and leaders face. Through outdoor experiences combined with restorative accommodations, Pace and his team lead pastors and business leaders to push away from unhealthy reliance’s and move toward clarity, strength, and longevity in leadership.

Pace and his wife Sarah live in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with their four kids, Caiden, Grayson, Addison, and Sarah Grace.
